We DO NOT clear hazardous materials such as:

4. How early should I book an appointment?


Due to high demand, we recommend booking as early as possible. Once you request a quote, we’ll check availability in your area. Please provide your postal code for scheduling.


5. Why are appointments scheduled in one-hour slots?


Factors such as traffic and job complexity can cause delays. To ensure smooth service, our team will call you 15-30 minutes before arrival.


6. Can I book a service if I’m not on-site?


Yes, but someone authorized must be present when our team arrives. Our crew will call 15-30 minutes before reaching your location.


7. Do you offer after-hours junk disposal services?


Special arrangements can be made for after-hours jobs, but some restrictions apply for safety reasons. Contact us to discuss options.


8. What happens to my junk?


We recycle as much as possible. Reusable furniture and household items are donated to needy families, while non-recyclable waste is sent to the incineration plant.


9. Why can’t you take hazardous materials?


Our trucks and workers are not licensed for hazardous waste. Please contact specialized disposal services for such materials.


10. Can you transport items from one location to another?


Yes, but this must be arranged when booking. Unplanned transportation requests may not be accommodated.


11. Why do you charge for disposal services?


Our service includes loading, clean-up, and transportation to authorized disposal sites. NEA incineration plants charge disposal fees, which we pass on at the lowest cost possible.


12. What equipment does your truck team have?


Each truck comes with:
